Shipping Policy
1. Where does Baccarats ship to?
We currently ship only within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 4 business days after processing. Our delivery time consists of:
- Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 1 to 4 business days
3. What is the shipping fee?
We offer free express shipping for all orders within Australia.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! We provide tracking so you can monitor your order’s journey until it reaches you.
5. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT+10:00) (Monday - Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
6. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at support@baccarats.com.au or call +61 433 096 915 for assistance.
Refund & Return Policy
7. Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
8. How do I initiate a return?
To start the return process:
- Contact us at support@baccarats.com.au to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
9. Who covers the return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
11. What items are non-refundable?
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
12. What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@baccarats.com.au with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
13. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.
